Presenters include David Michie, author of Buddhism for Busy People and Hurry Up and Meditate, Swami Shankarananda, director of the Shiva School of Meditation and author of Happy for No Good Reason, Pauline McKinnon, director of the Stillness Meditation Centre and author of In Stillness Conquer Fear and Clarke Scott, Founder and Chairman of the Australian Institute for Consciousness Studies, who has trained under His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
